Who can order?
Qualified researchers and institutions purchasing for in vitro or laboratory research. At checkout you’ll be asked to confirm the Research Use Only statement.
How do I pay?
We accept [payment methods] through [payment provider]. Your card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
Which lot will I receive?
Each product page shows its current lot, and the lot number is recorded on your order and printed on the vial label, so you can match it to its record in the COA Library.
Where is the certificate for my lot?
Search the COA Library by product name or lot number. Published certificates can be downloaded as a PDF.
Can I get dosing or usage advice?
No. Our products are for research use only and we do not provide dosing, administration or therapeutic guidance.
How do I track or change my order?
You’ll get a tracking email when it ships. To change or cancel an unshipped order, contact us with your order number.
