Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge until your order has shipped. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible at [support email].
Returns
Because research materials can be affected by storage and handling, we cannot accept returns of opened products, or of unopened products once they have left our control, except where an item arrived damaged, incorrect or does not match its lot documentation. Damaged or incorrect items
